Alexey has comprehensive knowledge of the Kazakhstani legislation in the field of  subsoil use, energy and corporate governance. Alexey has been involved in successful working off and elaboration of legal issues at various levels of the ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of the restructuring of assets and owners of strategic objects and/or strategic subsoil deposits.

Alexey has more than fifteen years of experience in leading legal teams in Kazakhstan as well as coordination of the compliance matters. Alexey has worked on and led several high-priority projects and assignments at the level of different Ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state  owned enterprises.
