Darya started her career with GRATA more than eight years ago: she has gone from a Junior lawyer to an Advisor and de facto co-leader of Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Transport, Construction and Infrastructure, Commercial contracts, and Real Estate departments.

She takes part in the development of industries as a relationship manager, manages dozens of clients. Darya is the main contact person at GRATA International for "Siemens Energy Kazakhstan" in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Among the major clients are Aeroflot, Huawei, DHL, Beeline (Kar-Tel), Caspian Motors, OTIS. Darya successfully leads international projects simultaneously in 6-7 jurisdictions for prominent clients. 

Today Darya advises clients on the conclusion of various contracts, including EPC agreements. She participated in training courses under FIDIC contracts in Copenhagen and Amsterdam, besides, she is actively involved in industry events.

Darya is recognized by The Legal 500 in Real Estate practice as a "new generation" lawyer.

In addition to all of the above, Darya trains and develops young lawyers of the Firm and her department, solving their professional development and promotion issues.
