Alchemy Women Rising

Welcome to the first Alchemy Women Rising International Retreat in Kenya! This is a very special retreat cocreated by Paula and Andrea with much love and dedication putting together their wisdom, knowledge, practices and years of experience accompanying women in their processes of self Knowledge and healing. There will be aerial, hula hoop, yoga, tantra, breathwork, meditation, women circles, ovarian breathing feminine alchemy, uterine memories healing, ecstatic dance and powerful workshops as we move through the alchemical woman cycle🌝🌛🌜🌚

Mindfulness Training

This training is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced meditation practitioners. In this training you will experience mindfulness tools based in ancient wisdom and the latest neuroscience research that heal the mind, emotions and body. You will learn and practice the basics of mindfulness and detox from technology as you enjoy silence and nature.

Note there are a limited number of scholarships available.

Feminine Sexuality Course

The objective of this course taught by Paula is to know our bodies and recover the sovereignty of our sexuality. We are going to free ourselves from what blocks our creativity, and transmute our energies to heal and manifest. We will work with the Ovarian Breathing, Feminine Alchemy system that combines meditation, movement and breathwork.

We will also be accompanied by the Yoni Eggs, an ancient medicine to connect, unblock and heal. You will receive a crystal learn its uses, benefits, how to use it safely, properties of the different crystals and much more.

YTT 200 hours

Become a certified Yoga Teacher focused on Vinyasa-Iyenger in Kenya with Subhadra, from Jamaica. Training sessions start from 2nd May to 4th June and will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5-8pm virtual trainings
on weekends from 10am-5pm at Hob House, Kitusuru face to face.
