Mandatory form for outbound international travelStarting from 8 March 2021, all travelers heading overseas from England will be required to show they have documented permission to travel. The trip must be permitted under the stay at home restrictions via a Declaration to Travel form which will be checked at border points.

Entering the UKOverviewIf you’re travelling to England, you must either quarantine in the place you’re staying or in a managed quarantine hotel for 10 days because of coronavirus (COVID-19). What you need to do depends on where you travel in the 10 days before you arrive in England. Before you leave for the UKEveryone must:- Take a coronavirus (COVID-19) test and get a negative result during the 3 days before you travel
- Book and pay for a travel test package, which will include COVID-19 tests to be taken on or before day 2 and on or after day 8 of your quarantine

with details of where you will home quarantine when you arrive and the travel test package booking reference number Here are the links If you are arriving into England regardless of your final destination within the UK and have visited or passed through a country on the list from which travel to the UK is banned (sometimes called the ‘red list’) in the 10 days prior to your arrival then you are required by law to book a 10 day (11 night) managed quarantine package which includes your hotel stay, food and beverages, transfers, security and 2 Covid-19 tests. This is called the Managed Quarantine Package.
