More about Metrics we use 💬

  • Client’s lifetime in therapy – this metric shows how long your clients stay with you (on average)
  • Involvement in dialogue – this metric shows the percentage of days when clients had a dialogue with you
  • Average reply time – this metric shows how long it usually takes for you to answer a client
  • Commitment to Therapy Plan – this metric shows the percentage of clients for whom you filled in a Therapy Plan
  • Clients’ feedback – this metric shows how satisfied clients are with their therapy experience with you (based on a certain number of reviews)

As you can see, there’s always room for improvement!

We hope you will find the following tips insightful:

⚪   Responding to a client’s messages at least twice a day helps build stronger therapeutic relationships. We’ve noticed that pairs where counselors respond to messages within 4 hours have stronger alliances.

⚪   Writing clear and concise messages prevents misunderstanding. If messages from a counselor are usually too short or too long, it can look confusing to a client.

⚪   Filling in a Therapy Plan helps clients set clear goals and objectives to manage their expectations from therapy duration and outcomes.

⚪   Scheduling video sessions on time is the way to build long-term relationships with clients. Our users who purchase plans with live video sessions may cancel their subscription unless those sessions are held within the subscription period.

⚪   Personalising your recommendations helps clients be more involved in the conversations and therapy process. If you use a template to provide general recommendations, please explain how they are relevant to your client’s case.
