Hi everyone!Today I have photos of my cello and also some photos using my Helios 44-2 in last weeks blog post! Here's both the posts since I didn't get to send an email last week! Enjoy!
Top 3 Headlines:
-Blackmagic is back with the next generation Studio Camera. I was heavily considering the origional model of this before settling on the XT20 since the 1080 model is still floating around the internet after a decade and now this is the 3rd or 4th iteration of this camera after a 4k model and this new model brings 6k to the studio! The camera has some extra livestreaming capabilites that look great and it is a welcomed update to a camera series that comes every 4-5 years.- Headlines broke that Googles flagship Magic Eraser was coming to all phones via the Google One subscription after previously being exclusive to the Pixel 6, 6a, and 7. Google also noted that "all" Pixels would recieve the feature for free but I'm still waiting on it and there is still speculation on whether Google is bringing it as far as the Pixel 1 or just all supported devices. Either way, an exciting feature to have on hand. An important thing to note is that any non-tensor-powered device will likely be using cloud processing to make the feature possible. - Xiaomi has revealed their smart glasses joining the prototypes from both Microsoft and Google. It came alongside their new smartphone which still seems to be under an embargo so I might keep that for next week when we actually know some more about the phone. Back to the glasses though, the glasses demonstrated gesture controls, floating apps, turn-by-turn directions (which is available in Rayband and Amazon glasses already), all of which are exciting since Xiaomi is in the top 3 phone makers in the world (a spot that always alternates between Samsung and Apple as well). Such a large company showing a product that seems really close is exciting for the future of wearable tech.
Alright, have an awesome week everyone! :)
