1 Year On

"It hs been just over a year since I dove in to starting a business of my own - with many new or difficult aspects, but each was something to learn and improve (optimise!) on. Looking back I'm highly gruntled I chose this path!

I have worked on a variety of awesome projects from academic research equipment, to supporting a patent application, manufacturing for Smart Building products, Electronic & Firmware Design for a Kickstarter campaign, and several other Consumer & Industrial products.

In this time I've learnt a hell of a lot and connected with so many great customers, engineers, designers, and local company owners.

What's Next

Moving into my own space has allowed me to start expanding my facilities and test equipment, and so the capabilities I can offer to customers.

But of course I have more to do, both in equipment and things for me to learn! In particular I am planning to invest in a combined 3D printer, CNC machine, and laser engraver - as well as building a website!"

New Office & Contact Details

I now have a small studio office / lab just off Gloucester Road, in an awesome building with 15 other small businesses. I'm making shelves, painting walls, and buying equipment!

New Name

Early in 2020 I enlisted anyone who would listen, to help me narrow down the business name with a Branding Survey.

I had felt stuck with the naming for some time so this was a great help. Plus, it gave me GRAPHS!

New Logo

I worked with the fantastic Bohdan from www.brandforma.com to develop a visual identity, and I'm thrilled with how it came out. Apparently the movement of the logo mark implies continuous optimisation!
