Managing Stress in Uncertain Times

If you are already feeling stressed at the beginning of 2021, you are not alone. As the nation faces a large political transition and remote work continues, take some time to consider how you can manage your stress and adopt healthy habits to avoid burnout. In the video linked below, titled "Managing Stress & Avoiding Burnout in Uncertain Times", Dr. Mark Rowe discusses the effect of negative stress, focusing on what we can control, and self-care strategies.
