Giveaways, yoga & more for our community!

Hi there,

We are stoked to re-start many of the fun community offerings we had at our old Mission shop! Let's kick it off with GIVEAWAYS!

We are featured in the FREE Made In California Giveaway, $1200+ in prizes from California brands (including a rental gift certificate from us!). The giveaway is developed by IndieGetup, a platform focused on highlighting sustainable brands. Deadline to enter is May 3, 2021.

We also have our own giveaway, email us photo(s)** from your trip (featuring gear is best!), each photo = 1 entry to win a $200 rental gift certificate, but more importantly you'll be helping us rebuild our display post-window-smashing. You can submit through the year.

**Note: By sending a photo you are warranting that we have the permission of the photographer and any individuals visibly present to display such photo in our store. Send us your largest photos for best print quality (i.e., don't compress or shrink anything please, if a file is too large send it via WeTransfer.com)

PICK-UP SITE

We love hosting other sustainability-focused businesses in our shop. We just re-launched our pick-up site for Full Belly Farm's organic veggies this month, and we're hoping to introduce more!

Swing by Sat May 8, 2021 from 1-3pm to hear about 2 programs we hope to host: Mud Lab zero-waste groceries & Frog Hollow Farm fruit CSA! Frog Hollow will be bringing some FREE fruit to try***. Their boxes in May will feature apricots, mulberries, cherries, some early peaches, and once we really head into summer well... Frog Hollow is legendary for their exceptionally flavored tree-ripened fruit that are a hit at farmer's markets all around the Bay!

***For COVID safety, we will keep the door open to cross ventilate the space. Masks & social-distancing will be required. We will also have hand sanitizer, and rather than cut-up fruit samples, the farm will be giving out WHOLE pieces of yummy fruit!

BRAND NEW COMMUNITY ROOM

Our new shop has a dedicated community room! We loved offering our space to local organizations & can't wait for the next big film screening when COVID is behind us.

Until then we're starting small: Yoga Phamily will offer a Vinyasa L1/2 class Fridays at 5pm starting May 21, 2021 in our community room! We'll be following all COVID-precautions, opening all 4 big windows in the room, and limiting class to 6. Booking, pricing instructions, and detailed COVID-precautions on their website. This is a new class, so feel free to reach out to Ngan with any questions, suggestions, or concerns: ngan@yogaphamily.com.

By the way on our operations...

Until the pandemic is fully over, we will continue to operate with a combination of our 24/7 self-service (to rent), and appointments for everything else (to buy, borrow, or rent if you want to browse before ordering online).
