I look at the profile of each team member, the birth profile of the company/project, and how those involved can best work together while bringing their individual gifts to the fore in a wonderful co-creative fashion. 

This process has fantastic potential for maximizing efficiency and success. Projects often fail because of the challenges that arise through human ego and shadow, and this process can reveal what those potential challenges could be before they arise. This process can also be used to resolve issues that may already exist within an organization.

Phoenix Rising, Light Descending

Wow! What an intense time we are going through here on Planet Earth. We have extremes of everything taking place right now, including the polarized beliefs, expressions, and actions of humanity. Even the weather seems to be in on it! What in the world is going on?  

I would like to lead us through a 40-day period from the 11:11 in November to the Winter Solstice on December 21^st to try and make some sense of what is happening in the bigger picture.

We start with the 11:11, a very powerful Stargate, allowing more light and energy to flood the Earth and raise our awareness and frequency. November 19^th took us into the longest partial Lunar Eclipse in over 500 years - the last one dating back to 1440 when the black slave trade began in Portugal. This energy was bringing to the surface any ways in which we have been enslaved ourselves, both individually and collectively.

We were in the pressure cooker and for many it included a shamanic death, the loss of our old identity, leaving us slipping and sliding without anything to hang on to. This is the dissolving, decomposing into the ashes and what can be a very scary time. Letting go of all of the old habits and behaviours that do not support us and stepping into the New Earth. At the same time, we are being subjected to enslavement at the other extreme, and so we can see how some have succumbed to that apparent, yet false, safety net.

Some relief came as we left the deep dark intense Scorpio energy and stepped into the Sun Sign of Sagittarius, a much lighter, brighter and more optimistic energy. During that transition, we crossed the Phoenix Point into the 34^th Gene Key, which is the Phoenix rising from the ashes so you may have felt an upsurge of Kundalini energy warming your spine during the last week of November, beginning to establish yourself in your new way of being in the World.

On December 3^rd /4^th, we experience a Total Solar Eclipse, which is only going to be visible in Antarctica, lasting less than two minutes. We had better set our intentions quickly! A Total Solar Eclipse is an opportunity to reset the energies in a higher frequency: an upgrade as the eclipsed Sun emerges from behind the moon. This is the perfect opportunity for each of us to set our intentions for a new beginning for the next six months until the next eclipse season.

By now, we are in what is called the Ring of Light in the Gene Key process, which includes four Gene Keys back-to-back in the sign of Sagittarius from November 27^th in the 9^th Gene Key, followed by the 5^th, 26^th, and 11^th, completing on December 18^th.

Here's a quote from Richard Rudd, the genius behind the Gene Keys:

The Ring of Light forms a set of four chemical codes whose ultimate role is to determine the blueprint of how your body captures, stores, and transmutes light waves into energy. Through the magnetism of your living aura, you draw in or limit the frequencies of light deep into the cellular structure of your body. If you live your life out of fear, magnetically speaking you limit the amount of light that ‘touches’ your DNA. The more open-hearted you are, the more you magnetise higher frequencies into that very same DNA. It is only at certain frequencies that particular codes can be activated. This codon ring addresses the central message of the entire Gene Keys transmission – that you as a human being wield the power to consciously or unconsciously raise or lower the frequency of light entering your body, thereby altering your reality through the medium of your DNA.

The Total Solar Eclipse takes place in the 5^th Gene Key, which has the shadow of Impatience and the gift of Patience, and it occurs on the second line which is about Universal Rhythms and being patient for your own right timing. The Siddhi is Timelessness and currently, time seems to be flexible, slowing down, speeding up, and even stopping!

The 26^th Gene Key, which comes next, is the Trickster energy and embodies all aspects of trickery, including Prometheus who tricked Zeus in Greek Mythology and stole fire from the Gods to give back to humanity. So, there is a fiery, trickster energy around during my interview with Cari Murphy on December 8^th and then on through the 14^th - which might make for an interesting show!

At that point, we move into the 11^th Gene Key, which has the Siddhi of light demonstrating precisely the qualities of the Ring of Light as described earlier, seeking our highest ideals through downloading higher frequencies of light.

On the 18^th of December each year our planet is positioned directly below the Galactic Centre, providing the opportunity to download more energy and information from the Centre of the Milky Way Galaxy. This year, we have a Full Moon in Gemini on that day with the Sun in the sixth line of the 11^th Gene Key and the Moon in the last line of the 12^th Gene Key, encouraging us to step into the Purity of our Hearts the Siddhi of the 12^th Gene Key.

This creates a powerful window of opportunity to open up to the Winter Solstice on December 21^st, the shortest and darkest day in the northern hemisphere, so that we shine our brightest light from the inside out as we begin our journey back into the light.

Over the three days of Christmas, December 24^th - 26^th, we have the final of three precise squares between Uranus and Saturn this year. My interpretation is that Saturn in Aquarius provides us with the opportunity to create the new structure for the New Earth through Uranus in Taurus which is our personal freedoms connected through Mother Earth herself.

I urge to seek your own freedom in any way that you can through these challenging times and stay as closely aligned and attuned to Mother Earth as you can, especially through these winter months in the northern hemisphere. Stand your ground and be true to yourself trusting in the flow of the Universal Life Force! Live your life to the fullest in any way that you can!
