I also work with groups or businesses who are starting out on a new venture. I look at the profile of each team member, the birth profile of the company/project, and how those involved can best work together while bringing their individual gifts to the fore in a wonderful co-creative fashion. 

This process has fantastic potential for maximizing efficiency and success. Projects often fail because of the challenges that arise through human ego and shadow, and this process can reveal what those potential challenges could be before they arise. This process can also be used to resolve issues that may already exist within an organization.

Intense Eclipse Energies!

The energies are extremely powerful this month as we move through the Eclipse season, Mercury Retrograde, and the Summer Solstice, so let me assist you in navigating through these times with positive ways in which you can best support yourself.

The Eclipse season began on Wednesday May 26^th with a total Lunar Eclipse in the sign of Sagittarius between 4.11am and 4.25am PDT. During this time, the Earth completely blotted out the Moon, although some ambient light remained, creating a deep amber “Blood Moon." This was a Super Full Moon as the Moon was on its closest path to the Earth, appearing larger and brighter in the night sky until the Eclipse occurred creating a really neat contrast.

The Eclipses occur in two periods when the Sun and Moon are aligned with the nodes of the Moon. Currently, the South Node is in Sagittarius and the North Node is in Gemini, so the Full Moon in Sagittarius is a Lunar Eclipse, and the New Moon in Gemini, two weeks later, is a Solar Eclipse. The Eclipse pattern repeats at the end of the year when the Sun is in Sagittarius and the Full Moon is in Gemini during late November and early December.

The South Node in Sagittarius is asking us to take a deep dive into any dogmatic beliefs that we have had inculcated into us in our formative years to get really clear on what our true beliefs and values are today. This is a challenging time to do this as we are being bombarded with other people’s beliefs about what is going on in the world. We need to be true to ourselves and in our own integrity without being swayed by the significant pressures being placed upon us. To let go of all that no longer serves us.

The Lunar Eclipse took place in the 6^th line of the 34^th Gene Key with the Sun in the 6^th line of the 20^th Gene Key. This combination is an upsurging energy that could easily take us up and out of body becoming very scattered and disengaged. Deep and profound grounding during this time was critical to our well being through self-care, supporting and appreciating our physical bodies.

Very soon after, Mercury turned Retrograde on Saturday May 29^th also in the sign of Gemini. Typically, this shift in direction causes all sorts of disruption to communication, travel plans and anything to do with technology. On the more positive side, it is an opportunity to reflect upon what had taken place over the last few weeks to see if there is anything that we have missed, particularly in our thinking processes.

During this time, the Sun moved into the 16^th Gene Key which can again cause a very scatter gun approach in our thinking - the busy bees of the mind- making it difficult to settle in our bodies - out of the mind.

This leads us into the New Moon Solar Eclipse on Thursday June 10^th at 3.53am PDT and 20 degrees of Gemini. The Sun, Moon and Mercury all conjunct in Gemini which is about various ways of communication both on a collective and individual basis. There could be a significant shift in the way the mass media has been communicating with the people. This Eclipse takes place in the 45^th Gene Key of Synergy and Communion. Coming together in shared responsibility to create something magical!

As Mercury is retrograde, we are being asked to not over think everything seeking fixed, stable answers. These energies are very mutable and changeable, so we need to be ready to adapt to change. Neptune in Pisces is in an exact square to the New Moon, which is wanting us to feel intuitively through our decisions rather than think it out. The mind can go into a fog under this influence.

This New Moon is about choices that we make, which we want to feel deeply into at the highest consciousness possible. There is a massive forking in the road at this time and we need to focus in on our supportive soul tribe and let go of those who are moving away from us, not hanging on to anyone who is out of resonance.

Typically, on the New Moon, we plant new seeds of intention to move forward for the next phase of our lives, but this year as we will still be in Mercury Retrograde, I suggest holding back for a couple of weeks until Mercury goes direct on June 22^nd.

This creates a nice alignment with the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, which this year falls on Father’s Day in North America, Sunday June 20^th at 8.32pm PDT. This is when the Sun reaches its highest point in the sky in the northern hemisphere when we reach our zenith, the blossoming of our highest expression.

The Summer Solstice illuminates the 15^th Gene Key, which is our closest connection to nature and the Schumann Resonance in particular. The Schumann Resonance measures the natural heartbeat of Mother Earth and it has been rising in frequency to extraordinary heights, providing the opportunity for each of us to absorb more light and higher frequencies into our bodies. She will ultimately decide the timing of the Shift of the Ages, so the best thing we can do is to align ourselves precisely with her, spending time out in nature and coming together in Ceremony on this special day!
