I look at the profile of each team member, the birth profile of the company/project, and how those involved can best work together while bringing their individual gifts to the fore in a wonderful co-creative fashion. 

This process has fantastic potential for maximizing efficiency and success. Projects often fail because of the challenges that arise through human ego and shadow, and this process can reveal what those potential challenges could be before they arise. This process can also be used to resolve issues that may already exist within an organization.

Physical Embodiment

Welcome to the New Earth everyone! I hope you have felt and experienced the shift. Let us recap a little on what has transpired over the last few weeks and what is still to come and how we can best set ourselves up for the future!

The new energies started coming in on the 12:12:20 with the influx of a new energy that Sandra Walter termed the Revelation Wave coming in to reveal what was previously hidden and to heighten our awareness. Then on December 14^th we had the New Moon Solar Eclipse. The perfect opportunity to set our clear intention for what we wanted our new World to be without any restrictions whatsoever, so that the New World would be a representation of our collective intentions for total freedom.

One week later we had the Winter Solstice including the Great Conjunction between Saturn and Jupiter at zero degrees Aquarius and this was the opportunity to step through the Portal into the Age of Aquarius and start living those intentions in our own reality. This energy came to completion on the Full Moon in Cancer on December 29^th. This was the time to let go of any final residual attachments we had to the old 3-D consciousness including people in our lives. Looking deeply into our relationships and what purpose they are, or are not serving, and letting go of those not supporting our ascension process. Each individual person must make their own decision about the future they wish to create without any interference from us.

Now we must pay close attention to what we are doing on a moment-to-moment basis, asking ourselves the questions: “Why Am I doing this?” “What purpose does it serve?” and "Is this opening me up to the fifth dimensional reality or is it holding me back in the World of 3-D?" - paying particular attention to any old repetitive daily habits and letting them go also.

The great news is that the old controlling, corrupt Patriarchal energies have been severed and there is no root of evil left on the planet. We are simply seeing the final vestiges playing out as they fade away, so elevate yourself above the nonsense that is apparently occurring in the outer World. Divine Justice will be served, and a positive outcome is inevitable. Stay connected to your own source energy and focus on what you want that outcome to be for you in the new reality of the New Earth.

There was another intense energy surge coming in right on the Full Moon on December 29^th, which will continue right through January, and for those involved with the Gene Keys, we are under the guidance of the 41^st Gene Key throughout this time.

In our genetic make up, there is only one start codon in all 64 codes, which means for any process to occur in our biology, this code must come first. It is A-T-G in the DNA base sequence coding, and if it is not at the beginning of a sequence, that event cannot happen. That code is the 41^st Gene Key!

This means that the 41st Gene Key starts things off!

I was amazed to become aware of this series of astrological alignments to create the perfect environment for us to start off the New Earth with several opportune moments. It began with the Winter Solstice Great Conjunction between Saturn and Jupiter which took place in the 60th Gene Key at zero degrees Aquarius. Jupiter moves faster than Saturn, so it caught up on the Solstice for the precise conjunction and has now moved past Saturn but is still in conjunction. Right on the Full Moon on December 29^th, Jupiter moved out of the 60th Gene Key and into the 41^st Gene Key. Jupiter is all about Expansion and therefore offers an expansion of energy to open into the New Age!

On January 10/11^th Saturn will have also moved into the 41^st Gene Key with Jupiter and now they will be joined by Mercury in the 41^st Gene Key. A triple conjunction to further expand the new energies! Finally, the day after the US Presidential Inauguration on January 20th, the Sun will move out of Capricorn and into Aquarius and illuminate the 41^st Gene Key, bringing these powerful initiating energies to a close on the Full Moon of January 28^th. January 21^st is the beginning of the New Year in the Gene Key transmission, because it is the starting point when 41^st Gene Key codon is illuminated by the Sun. I hope you can see how Spirit has conspired to give us every opportunity to enter through the gate of the 41^st code into the New Earth. The more of us that use this opportunity, the faster the Shift of the Ages will occur.

The most important thing that we can do in these powerful energies is to physically embody them by being fully grounded in our bodies and becoming aware of our tendency to go up and out in consciousness when we are feeling anxious, agitated, or stressed out. Coming down and into the body, breathing through the heart, breathing through the belly, and if you can, breathing deep down inside the base chakra, right through the perineum at the base of the body. Mother Earth is guiding us through this process as she shifts into a higher frequency, and so stay as closely aligned with her as you can by spending time out in nature whenever possible.

The greatest gift we have received over the last six weeks has been the connection with Oracle Girl - www.oraclegirl.org - who has been working quietly over the past several years doing a powerful purification process of the slave-self on a global scale, including our World leaders, and what she calls the Shadow Controllers and the unseen High Frequency Negative beings. She has made it very clear that it is game over for the global Elite who have been running the show up until recently. Humans are now rising into their own personal sovereignty in this emerging new world that is governed by, as she calls it, "Nature's World Order."

She is encouraging us to listen deeply within to our own inner knowing and to make our future decisions from that authentic place within us, trusting our body's intuition. Every decision we make is based upon "What is my truth?" and "What is my highest calling?" 

We are in very exciting times in what will be another turbulent and yet profoundly-wonderful month!  Enjoy this new energy, rest as much as you can, and plant your dreams in the New Earth as it's finally here!
