| | | Happy Imbolc! February 1st is traditionally celebrated as Imbolc, Candlemas and St. Brigid's Day. It's the beginning of early spring when we begin to notice the lengthening days and the return of the light. It is the honoring of the triple Goddess, Brigid, in her Maiden state of fertility and potency. The word Imbolc is derived from ewe's milk as the lambing season begins with new life and bright hopes for the year to come. As we enter into the month of Aquarius, we are invited to live our lives the way we wish to be in the Aquarian Age - which is upon us - free to be our true Divine selves! Set your intentions for the manifestation of your greatest dreams unfolding throughout the year! We also move into the Chinese New Year of the Metal Rat, who hitched a ride on the back of the Ox and was the first to arrive at the Emperor's banquet and therefore heralds the beginning of a 12 year cycle! As we enter 2020, a new decade and a new energy, we thought it would good to shift the energy to the present and focus our attention on the most recent interviews that we have done, including those from Awake TV and some future presentations yet to be created! This Month: On our Awake TV show we had an interview with Talia Antonopoulos, who is one of the most evolved spiritual people we have connected with. She was a grade 11 boarding student at the school where I was the High School Principal and she taught me so much about living a life of awakened spiritual awareness, including the phenomenal gift of full-blown synaesthesia. The wonderful news is that this is not information gained from any source, except her own spiritual experiences. It is an outstanding interview as she represents and explains the qualities of an early Indigo Millennial! She also gives practical advice on how to best support the children coming into our world today. | | |

| | Retreats and Gatherings Gene Keys Epiphany Experience - Date Change! Zia and I will be guiding an Epiphany Experience Retreat on the Sunshine Coast, north of Vancouver on the weekend of March 27-29th. This is a week later than previously advertised. It takes place at the beautiful www.halfmoonhaven.ca Retreat Centre, providing us with the opportunity to take a deep dive into one Gene Key in a calm, serene space, with delicious meals and no distractions. This process has fantastic potential for maximizing efficiency and success. Projects often fail because of the challenges that arise through human ego and shadow, and this process can reveal what those potential challenges could be before they arise. | | A Bump in the Road! This first month of the new decade has proved to be very challenging for a lot of people, both individually and out in the collective. This was predicted to be the most challenging month of the year by the Astrologers and I certainly hope that they are right. Its important for us to look at the bigger picture here so that we don’t get mired in the chaos and confusion happening in the World. We had the two eclipses over Christmas and on January 10th. These eclipses were along the Capricorn/Cancer axis and are about our security, materially in Capricorn and emotionally in Cancer, and we were certainly challenged. The intention was to show us that the only true security resides in our own heart and how we deal with life as it shows up for us. | | |

| | The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse was immediately followed by the big one! On January 12th, we had a cluster of planets in Capricorn with the Sun, Pluto, Saturn, and Mercury all conjunct, with Jupiter not very far away. Many were excited at the prospect of this alignment, believing that it was occurring to make the necessary shift of the ages- which it was. However, an aspect of that was the destruction of the old Patriarchal beliefs and patterns, including a shift in power where an imbalance had built up. So now we are seeing that playing out on the World Stage, whether you look at the Trump Impeachment, the split in the British Royal family, or the most recent Coronavirus scare. Its all part of the Shift of the Ages necessary and there is no need for us to get into any judgement about who is right and wrong. All this took place in the 61st Gene Key which has the shadow of psychosis! We are all being called to gain real clarity on our own inner truth and become an inspiration to those around us-Inspiration being the gift of this Gene Key. | | |

| | As we shift into the Age of Aquarius we are all being held responsible for our own stuff and it is essential that we take a look deep inside ourselves for areas of our lives where we need to shift away from old patterns that no longer serve us and out into freedom! Another very sad aspect of this period has been the number of people who have suddenly left the planet in unexpected ways, demonstrated in the outer World by Kobe Bryant, his teenage daughter, and all the other precious lives on the flight. We again are not in a position to judge why these tragedies occur, but to hold a loving compassion in our hearts for those who have passed and for their loved ones left behind. | | |

| | This heavy, dense Earth energy in Capricorn has finally come to an end, lightening up considerably as some of those planets moved into the Air Sign of Aquarius including the Sun and Mercury. Another major conjunction occurs on the Winter Solstice, December 21st, 2020, this time between Saturn and Jupiter in Aquarius, which some Astrologers are seeing as an entry point into the Age of Aquarius. I am personally seeing this current month of Aquarius energy as a trailer of the main movie to come in December. I strongly suggest we decide to live now how we wish to be in this coming new age. Aquarius energy is about the collective group energy taking responsibility flattening out the pyramid of hierarchy and into heterarchy where we all take responsibility, sitting at the round table, honouring each other’s gifts and creativity with no one person dominating. It also involves incredible breakthroughs in all forms of technology, but we must ensure that those new technologies are used for the greater good of all with no selfish purpose. | | In the week of Jan 22nd-25th, we had this wonderful energy of new beginnings. A trinity! The New Moon in Aquarius at 4 degrees offering us the opportunity to build something new, a solid foundation from where we can expand into the new energies. During that week, the Sun was illuminating the 41st Gene Key which is the only start codon out of all 64 and so it is seen to be the beginning of the New Year according to the Gene Keys. Thirdly, it was the Chinese New Year of the Metal Rat. He was the first animal to arrive at the Emperor’s Banquet table by hitching a ride on the back of the Ox! He therefore begins a new cycle of twelve years! He is a clever quick thinker who turns unlucky events into fortune! Many new opportunities await us as this year unfolds! Many of you will remember that I spent some time in August with a group of Millennials at Charlie and Stellas’ Retreat Sanctuary in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. | | Zia and I have completed our 12-week series on the new Awake TV Network and all went very well. We had a wonderful final conversation with the owner, Amanda Masters, who has kindly made three of our shows free for all time. This month Pete’s Pick is our fantastic interview with Talia Antonopoulos, our Indigo Millennial, who now has four children of her own. Next month will be the interview with Richard Rudd, and we may have some surprise videos for you beyond that in the future. Our final episode of From Shambles to Shambala was about the "Spirit of Place" and we revisited several of our sacred site travels over the past 8 years. Many of the photos in this newsletter were taken from our 50+ slides for the show! Hope you enjoy them. We are also really looking forward to hosting the Epiphany Experience at the beautiful Half Moon Haven Retreat Centre on the Sunshine Coast at the end of March.
