Greetings to our EAC members and friends from around the state.  For some time now, we have been receiving questions and concerns about the implementation of the very complex Workplace Violence Prevention Plan.  For this reason, we have scheduled a special Tuesday program to assist you with this issue.

Michael Rossiter, of Scott & Whitehead, is the firm's specialist in this area.  For this program, he has put together an in-depth handout that will help to guide you through this challenging process.  Not only does it outline each of the requirements, but it also includes an update of significant changes that became effective this year.
