It is January of 2025, and it is time for us to present one or our premier programs – our annual update on New Laws and important Court Cases that will impact you in the current year and beyond. I want to welcome all our loyal EAC members and those of you who might be joining us for the first time. As always, the topics we will be covering are both diverse and challenging. However,our expert speaker will put you in the best position to deal with the many changes effectively. I have reviewed the excellent handout you will be receiving and found several issues that may require changes in your policies and procedures. This workshop will give you the opportunity to get ahead of potential problems. In addition to a review of the many new laws, the presentation will cover some important reminders as well as interesting case notes from a variety of court cases.
