This talk covers three diverse and discreet HR issues that arise occasionally in the workplace.  - The workplace is an obvious place for personal relationships to blossom, or sour, and to be affected by social media. 
 - Marijuana use is now legal in California, but its use, and testing for it, can both protect and perhaps inhibit an employer’s ability to hire and fire.  
 - Cameras – whether using video or both video and audio – can create both positives and negatives for the employer.
