Stu Lerner

EAC-OC President

Dear EAC member:

I am sure that by now you have read the letter sent out by Anita York indicating Scott & Whitehead was "passing on the baton" of handling the CEAC Management Hotline.  I think all of us would agree that Anita and her team have done an outstanding job, not only in assisting employers with their questions and issues, but in providing us with outstanding information in their Quarterly Hot Line Updates.
However, after three years, it is time for them to move on.. Picking up the "baton" will be Colleen McCarthy and her team of attorneys from the law firm of Kennedy, McCarthy & Rumm.  Faith and I, along with Anita, have had a number of conversations with Colleen - as well as one very in-depth webinar meeting - and we are confident that she will be providing quality service to all of our members.  She has also graciously agreed to continue to present the Quarterly Hot Line Updates for us.
Her service will begin on June 1st and her contact information is as follows:
    Colleen McCarthy, Esq.
    Kennedy, McCarthy & Romm, LLP
    9210 Irvine Center Drive
    Irvine, CA 92618
    (888) 872-0433
On behalf of the Orange County EAC, I want to thank Anita for all she has done for us and wish Colleen every success in the future.
Please contact Faith or me if you have any questions regarding this transition.
Thank you!
EAC President
