This program will focus on preventing and/or resolving the wide variety of harassment and discrimination cases that might arise in the workplace. Bill Betley, attorney with AALRR, will review the elements of harassment based on the various protected categories and provide tips, policies and practices that will allow employers to protect themselves while promoting an inclusive workplace environment. |
