EAC Webinar:

Managing the Generations

Presented by Susan Steward, AALRR

Wednesday - July 15, 2020 @ 12:00 p.m. PDT

Employer Advisory Council Region 7 and the law firm of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo have partnered together to provide virtual learning opportunities for EAC members. These complimentary webinars will focus on relevant labor and employment topics.

The first webinar will discuss issues employers face when managing multiple generations in the workplace.

The 2020 workplace is comprised of as many as five generations of employees. While generational diversity has great potential, conflict and misunderstanding can sideline workplace harmony and productivity. Join Susan Steward, partner with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo to explore strategies for effective management in a multigenerational workforce.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand generational differences and their impact on the modern workplace.
  2. Learn tactics for communicating, coaching, and counseling members of each generation.
  3. Gain strategies for recruiting, managing, and retaining employees of each generation.

Continuing Education Credits:  1 hour of HRCI & PDC credit received.
