U.S. Department of Labor Issues Guidance on FFCRA Emergency Paid Leaves

As promised, the United States Department of Labor has issued additional guidance on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), including multiple resources such as Facts Sheets, Posters and FAQs. Links to all of these resources can be found at: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic.

Most helpful to employers who are trying to figure out how the FFCRA does (or does not) apply to them, and if/when they might be required to provide extra paid time off is “Families First Coronavirus Response Act: Questions and Answers,” which can be found at: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic.
