The COVID-19 pandemic will likely last for several months. It has already overwhelmed normal operations in workplace settings. Flexible leaves, 6-foot separation and teleworking is both challenging to implement and difficult to control in your workplace. The passage of paid sick leave is another aftershock that employers must now implement. Both Public Health and Government Officials will likely continue to add workplace/community limitations or pass new employee/business assistance laws.

These webinars will focus on the coming aftershocks of managing the continuity of business operations, proper implementation of new procedures & policies, keeping your workforce productive and the organization out of trouble.

Let us guide your next steps as we all a handle the aftershocks of the pandemic. These webinars will discuss the multitude of issues when handling a scattered workforce, the implementation of new laws and regulations and current ones for that matter, plus other timely topics effecting the workplace.
