Q. What happens after the registration?
A. After the registration, you will receive a confirmation letter and a short instruction manual for the platform on which the interview will be conducted.
Q. What to expect during a job interview?
A. Our interview is a mutual acquaintance, where we will tell you about our school and conditions of cooperation. We will communicate in English. You will also need to pass a small lexico-grammar test as part of our conversation. The interview will take place online on the Zoom.us platform. A link to access the platform and all the necessary instructions will be sent on Skype 10-15 minutes before the interview. Please be in touch on Skype 10-15 minutes before the start, to have time to read the instructions and download the platform. Please add us to Skype contacts in advance. Skype contact will also be specified in the confirmation letter. If you are going to use your smartphone/tablet for a group interview, then download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the Play Market or the AppStore.
Q. How are working hours and load divided among teachers?
A. You can control the workload yourself. All you need to do is to switch on/off the mode “Accept New Student” on the our platform. At first, you can take 2-3 students to get used to the platform and teaching online. The lesson lasts 50 minutes.
Q. How much can I earn?
A. On average, teachers receive 25,000 rubles a month, with 7-8 students. Also you get extra money for preparing students for international exams and highly specialized courses (that are not available on our platform). You can regulate your income by working more or fewer hours.
Q. Is there any support from school during work?
