Given the unprecedented COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we wanted to take the time to update you on the actions taken to keep Kew Little Pigs safe for all customers and staff.

The safety of our teams and guests remain our number one priority and we are continuing to closely follow the advice of Public Health England and the UK Government and have introduced several measures to enhance your safety, including:

- Providing hand sanitizers in multiple locations across the farm and check in area

- Increased foot sanitising access on farm.

- Implementing increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces including fencing, housing, benches & brushes.

- Our team have been reminded of the importance of good hand hygiene and handwashing techniques and will relay this information on safety talks at the farm.

- Relevant signage in hand wash facility areas.

- Reminding our team of Public Health advice if they feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who feels unwell/travelled from the list of high-risk countries

Our farm will remain open as usual while we monitor Public Health advice.

If it’s safe to do so, and despite the disruption and uncertainty, we look forward to welcoming you to the farm soon.  If there’s anything that could make your visit more enjoyable, please let a member of the team know.

However, if you feel unwell or have come into contact with anyone who may be unwell, please let us know if you need to reschedule, as we do have a 48 hour policy on this.

As the situation develops, the safety of our teams and guests will remain of the highest importance and we will continue to inform you with the latest updates through our email and social media channels.

We are working closely with our vets to ensure that our animals are kept well, and luckily, there are no known cases in animals so far.

All experiences are going ahead as planned.

We ask that all customers with booked visits or thinking of booking to ensure you will be visiting in good health and do not pose a risk to public settings. For visitors that have already booked, please ensure you follow our booking confirmation rules and come at least 10 minutes before their scheduled visit time to ensure you can follow the extra health and safety precautions we have put in place. We are regularly disinfecting the farm and trying hard to maintain high hygiene levels.

We are not offering refunds at the current point in time & shall allow for rescheduling in the future. Please get in contact with us if you wish to postpone your visit so we can make note on your booking.

We appreciate your support and understanding during these unusual times.

Stay safe and look after one another.

Kind Regards,
