Wellness Support, Counseling & Healing Services:
As a mental health and holistic wellness provider I offer services in person on an individual basis from my home healing location, and am also available by phone/Internet video to work with clients remotely and may provide online versions of some group events and workshops to accommodate those not able to be present in person. For those seeking therapy related to mental health diagnoses some services may be covered by insurance; I am currently working with the Grow Therapy platform to provide in-network mental health services, with most major insurance providers among the networks presently active.
Special Energy Healing Offer (Please Share/Forward) As a contribution to the community I am offering a limited number of spiritual energy healing sessions/consultations each month for new clients at no set fee - for a single session up to 30 minutes the client can choose whatever they would like to give as a token of value for the healing session. This is available for a limited time and appointment spaces are limited. Offer is void if the session is canceled by the client without 24 hour notice or the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment. Please share this with anyone whom you believe would be interested or could benefit.
Reiki Classes and Healing Circles: Please visit phinsights.com for updates on Reiki classes and events. More group Reiki trainings are coming in 2025. This year there will be more Reiki classes for all levels. In December I will be facilitating a Reiki Circle on Tuesday the 30th at 7pm. New Reiki group classes and healing circles will be announced on the website and Facebook events. I currently have Reiki 1 available on December 21st and Reiki 2 on January 18th. All Reiki class levels are also available individually by appointment.

I will be sharing the monthly singing bowls sound healing meditation @ the Jedi Home Healing Space in person & online (there will be limited space for in person participants, who will need to pre-register). Sound Bath & EESystem Scalar Wave Therapy @ Amplified Healing in Palmetto Bay There will be a singing bowls sound healing meditation session as part of a 2 hour scalar wave Energy Enhancement System session at Amplified healing. There is limited space at this event, please register promptly. Reiki healers are welcome to share Reiki with attendees. Attendees are encouraged to refrain from using any intoxicating substances in the 48 hours prior to as well as subsequent to the event. A light diet is suggested during that time period. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes with fragrance chemicals. Be ready to silence your mobile phone during the session and fully embrace and surrender to the healing, harmonizing energies.
