Wellness Support, & Healing Services:
As a mental health and wellness provider I continue to offer services in person on an individual basis from my home healing location, while I am also available by phone/Internet video to work with clients remotely and may provide online versions of some group events and workshops to accommodate those not able to be present in person.
Reiki Classes and Circles: Please visit phinsights.com for updates on Reiki classes and events. A Reiki 2 group event is planned for early November. A Reiki circle is also coming in November! New Reiki group classes and healing circles will be announced there on the website and Facebook. All levels are also available individually by appointment.
Singing Bowls Sound Bath Meditations: Listen now to a heart and soul healing sound meditation! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d30HxBEuXqE I will be sharing the singing bowls sound healing meditations in person & online (there will be limited space for in person participants, who will need to pre-register). Sound bath meditation will be Thursday, October 13th at 7pm and will stream on YouTube live at www.youtube.com/jshlackm The admission is $15 for in person attendees. Spiritual Regression Hypnosis Experience The past life/spiritual regression meditation event will be held live in person at Five Sisters (www.fivesisterscrystals.com), 8805 SW 132 St., Miami 33176, on Saturday, October 15th, at 7pm. Admission is $25, please register there by phone to confirm a space. The regression meditation is also currently available via a video recording. You can receive the recording link to view at your convenience if you are purchasing to access the session in that manner via this email or phinsights.com. Private in-person and online video regression sessions are also available.
