A rare find with almost three parcels and 3 separate structures, the property is in a Class A location, next to all amenities and within walking distance to the robust downtown Allentown City center. 

There are two (2) one (1) BR apartments with six (6) individual car garages, as well as an 1,800sf single-family detached 4BR, 2BA home with a large yard.

With no parking in Allentown, the single-car garage bays are rented for between $125 and $200 per month.

The fund plans to undergo light renovations to secure a projected gross of $5,250/mo when stabilized.
