New Reservation System

We have recently changed property/computer systems. This change has caused us to lose stored credit cards. Please come into the office to put your card on file. If you have paid your February rent, no need to come in; card information has been captured.

This new system sets payment dates for every charge, if you get an overdue notice after charging anything please disregard it. We will continue to operate like we always have with charges being added to monthly rent statements due on the 1^st of the month.  

Gate Updates

A new gate system has been installed; given codes still work. At this time we will continue to use codes, until another piece of the system is integrated. When the time comes further information will be sent out.
