June 2022Smoking Per state law you must be 20 feet away from all doors or windows of public facilities when smoking or vaping. We have a designated smoking and vaping area at the pool. There is now shade covering the smoking area so that it is not in direct sunlight. There is no cigar smoking allowed around the pools Reservations Make sure you have reservations for your visit, at this time we are booking 3-4 out especially on weekends. We are already booked for the July 4th Weekend with a waiting list, but still have some openings for Labor Day weekend. See Something Say Something If something happens please let the office know ASAP Report things directly to the office do not just talk about it casually Incidents need to be reported day of and not days later Management cannot resolve an issue that is not reported Pools The Water Volleyball Pool has just been drained, acid washed, and refilled due to chemical imbalances caused by not showering. Everyone needs to be showering with SOAP and Water, and rinsing thoroughly prior to entering the pools or hot tub. Showers also need to be taken between uses like going from the Pool to the Hot Tub, not doing so is what causes the Hot Tub to turn green. Hydrate Make sure that you are drinking enough water while outside. We don’t need to have any medical emergencies due to lack of hydration. Annual Membership meeting We will hold our annual membership meeting on July 17 at 8am in the clubhouse. This meeting is for members in good standing and will cover topic applicable to the membership as a whole. This is not a residents’ only event or complaint session. Constructive comments are always listened to in the office. |
