Skinny –Dip Day

                Saturday July 10^th is International Skinny-Dip Day. We are once again trying to see how many people we can get in the pool to celebrate the day. Our annual pool photo will be taken at 12pm. We will be offering day passes for $10 just for this occasion.  This year is also the 90^th Anniversary of AANR.

We look forward to having a great day celebrating with everyone.

Laundry Sign Up

                There are two laundry facilities on the property. The machines under the ramada by the gym, are on a first come, first serve basis; if someone already has laundry running wait until they have finished. The second set of machines is adjacent to the clubhouse with sign-up sheets. Respect the times that people have signed up for; do not try to get in your load real quick even if they are not there right away. As we are all using the same resources be respectful and neighborly.  

Rents

                Rent is due no later than the 5^th of every month. Please do not call us to pay your bill when you are perfectly capable of coming into the office to do so. We are open 9am-5pm 7 days a week.

Storage

                We are modifying dry storage at the ranch in hopes of adding more spaces. If you have a unit currently in storage, including flatbed trailers, contact the office we need to verify the information that we have on file and get you a storage “tag”.

We do not have additional storage at this time. When/If we do get more storage spaces we will notify members and residents that have expressed an interest. Storage is limited to units that are used on the property.
