Politico reports that plans are being made in the White House right now for a National Emergency Declaration to finally build the southern Border Wall.

Our ultimate goal is to see President Trump not only get the construction of the Wall underway, but by using the Emergency Declaration, the president could access even more than the $5.7 billion he had sought from Congress.
