Allies  of President Trump are increasingly arguing for him to declare a National Emergency, to begin construction of the southern Border Wall, since Congress has once more blocked efforts to Build The Wall.

Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and Senator Lindsey Graham are the latest examples of those defending the push for a National Emergency.
