The media is so shamelessly biased.  They have literally become a campaign arm of the Democrat Party and they don't even make an effort to hide it anymore.  Right now they are actively involved in trying to help Democrats steal away the Republican-held U.S. Senate seat in the upcoming Runoff Election:

Our job for this week and next is to turn out every Republican vote possible in order to hold off the massive Democrat onslaught of campaign spending in the state.  There are two ways you can help us win this race:
