The situation in Michigan continues to become more promising.  Several months ago polls showed Democrat Debbie Stabenow holding a double-digit lead.

But things started to change several weeks ago.  First polls showed Republican John James pulling within 9% of Stabenow.  And then after James shined in a televised debate, James cut Stabenow's lead to 7%.  And today we can report to you that Republican John James is now within 6% of Democrat incumbent Debbie Stabenow.  We have the momentum!
