* He endorsed Hillary Clinton for President, telling Politico: "I don't know if there's anyone more qualified. I've seen it all."

* He voted for Chuck Schumer as Democrat leader and then joined his leadership team.

* He voted against the Repeal of ObamaCare despite campaigning with the pledge that he would undo the harm the failed healthcare scheme was causing.

* He received $87,000 in contributions from a law firm pushing for gun control and anti-2nd Amendment provisions.
