Register for European-Ukrainian Energy Day! 

On October 29th, the 15th European-Ukrainian Energy Day will take place in Vienna, which holds special significance this year as it coincides with the 15th anniversary of EUEA. We are organizing this year's event in Vienna thanks to the support of our partner Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

After the main program, participants will have the opportunity to join a celebratory reception in honor of our anniversary.

NOTE: Each EUEA member is allocated two spots for offline participation in the event. Sponsors may invite up to five additional guests, depending on their sponsorship package. Registration is mandatory. Members are kindly asked to inform the EUEA team about the registration of any guests they plan to bring.

Ukrgasbank and PrivatBank have joined the EBRD's Energy Security Support Facility to provide access to financing projects in Ukraine. EBRD will partially cover the risk for partner banks on loans for decentralised energy generation, energy storage and energy efficiency measures.

EUEA member DTEK will build 200 MW of energy storage facilities, investing €140 million and becoming the largest investor in energy storage in the country. The batteries will be operational by September 2025 and will provide ancillary services to Ukrenergo, spread across multiple locations in Ukraine.

IX Business & Legal Energy Forum

We are pleased to announce the "IX Business & Legal Energy Forum". Participants will discuss the issues of strengthening energy security and the infrastructure of the energy system of Ukraine, the role of renewable energy, and the prerequisites for restoring the energy system of Ukraine. The Director of EUEA Anastasiia Vereshchynska will speak on the panel "Build back Greener: Renewable Energy". EUEA is a media partner of the Forum.
