📌Next week NEURC will consider the issue of increasing tariffs for transmission, dispatch, and distribution for December 2022 On November 9, the Regulator plans to consider and adopt resolutions on the issue of increasing tariffs for electricity transmission, dispatching, and distribution for December 2022. 👉🏻 The 22nd issue is planned to set the transmission tariff for system users at UAH 377.18/MWh (excluding VAT) and for "green" electrometallurgy enterprises at UAH 218.91/MWh. The current tariff is UAH 345.64/MWh. 👉🏻23rd issue proposes to set the tariff for dispatching at the level of UAH 218.25/MWh. The current tariff is UAH 62.13/MWh. REGISTRATION for the meeting. |

✔️ The State Budget of Ukraine for 2023 was adopted On November 3, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2023", which provides for the suspension for 2023 of the third part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Alternative Energy Sources", which provides for expenditures from the budget for financial support of the Guaranteed buyer for payment of electricity to RES producers. It is important to note that these funds were not previously involved in the financing of a Guaranteed buyer. 💲The European Commission will allocate €25.5M for repairing energy infrastructure damage A high-level International Energy Advisory Council was created under the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine. Their work aims to support and help Ukrainian energy companies overcome the challenges and threats posed by Russia's energy terrorism. The first meeting of the International Energy Advisory Council was held on November 1 in Kyiv under the co-chairing of the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko and the European Commissioner for Energy Affairs Kadri Simson. ⚡️Ukraine is asking for an electrical import limit increase from the EU Ukraine would like the opportunity to import a significant amount of electricity from the EU in the amount of 1,000-1,500 MW. Due to Russian damage to the energy infrastructure, Ukraine needs to import more electricity, said the head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, at a meeting with the European Commissioner for Energy Affairs, Kadri Simson.
