we share with you the latest news: - SE “Guaranteed Buyer” paid an advance to producers from renewable energy sources (RES) for electricity generated in 20 days in July 2021. Thus, the company paid UAH 811 million to producers at the "green" tariff. Due to this, the level of payments for 20 days of July reached 53.5%. - The Ministry of Energy appealed to the Ministry of Finance to support the initiative of the State Enterprise "Guaranteed Buyer" to issue domestic government bonds to provide settlements with RES generation in 2021 in the amount of UAH 13.62 billion or to offer another way of financing from the budget at least 20% of the forecast generation of "green" electricity, as provided for in Article 8 of the Law "On Alternative Energy Sources". At the same time, the Ministry of Energy emphasizes that according to the Budget Code, amendments to the budget can be considered in the Verkhovna Rada in this case only in the presence of an expert opinion of the Ministry of Finance. - The State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine has prepared updated statistics on the development of renewable electricity for the end of the first half of 2021. - NEURC increased the maximum marginal prices on the Day-Ahead Market and the Intraday Electricity Market in the trading zone of the Integrated Power System of Ukraine, for "day" hours (07: 00-23: 00) - up to 4000 UAH / MWh, for "night" hours (23: 00-07: 00) - up to 2000 UAH / MWh. Details...
- On July 29 a letter was sent to Ukrenergo prepared by EUEA members with comments and proposals on the draft Procedure for consideration of RES applications for registration of the reference unit of supply (RUS).
- On June 30, EUEA received a letter from NPC Ukrenerego regarding the draft Forecast Balance of Electricity of the Integrated Power System of Ukraine for the settlement year. Ukrenergo asks to share its forecasts and plans for the introduction of new generating capacity in the second half of 2021 and in 2022 to the e-mail address Lapko.AN@ua.energy, Myrhorodska.NA@ua.energy.

- EUEA together with the relevant associations sent a letter to the Expert Group of Support to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for Enforcing State Aid Rules (SESAR) where we explain that the green tariff is not state aid, and invite SESAR to discuss and dialogue on this issue, and asked to share European experience in the outlined issues.
