Dear EUEA members,

Today there was a hearing of the State Regulator (NEURC) where Resolution #641 on imbalances was again postponed.

The main issues for today were:

A. Approval by NEURC the Loan Agreement of TSO (PrJSC NEC Ukrenergo) and three state banks: Oshchadbank, Ukrgasbank and Ukreximbank to resolve the debts to electricity producers.

B. Approval of the transfer of the received loan to settle the payments of Guaranteed Buyer to RES producers or to all electricity producers except RES.

As a result, the Loan was approved but there was no decision on where this money should be transferred. The end recipient of this money will be decided at the NEURC's hearing on 06th January 2021.

Шановні члени ЄУЕА,

Сьогодні відбулося слухання Державного регулятора (НКРЕКП), де розгляд Постанови  № 641 про несбаланси знову була відкладена.

Основними питаннями на сьогоднішній день були:

A. Схвалення НКРЕКП Кредитної угоди ОПС (ПрАТ «НЕК« Укренерго ») та трьох державних банків: Ощадбанку, Укргазбанку та Укрексімбанку для врегулювання боргів перед виробниками електроенергії.

Б. Схвалення передачі отриманої позики для врегулювання платежів Гарантованого покупця виробникам ВДЕ або всім виробникам електроенергії, крім ВДЕ.

Як результат, Позика була схвалена, але не було прийнято рішення про те, куди слід перерахувати ці гроші. Кінцевого одержувача цих коштів буде вирішено на слуханні НКРЕКП 6 січня 2021 року.
