2. Ukrenergo information:

In order to organize the process of payment of compensation, NEC UKRENERGO recommends RES producers, which executed the dispatcher's commands to reduce the load in 2019, to send an application and calculations of the amount of compensation for unsold electricity by e-mail: VDE@ua.energy . 3. The Law about the State Budget 2021 was adopted by the Parliament on 15th December 2020, unfortunately, it didn't include the 20% compensation for the RES producers.

4. The Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) had the hearing on 16th December about the feed-in tariff, regarding considering it as non constitutional. 

The Grand Chamber of the Court completed its examination of the case in the open part of the plenary session and moved to the closed part of the plenary session for a decision. Consideration of the case will be continued at one of the next plenary sessions. 

5. On December 16, 2020, the NEURC obliged RES producers to pay 0.11% of the net income for the quarter (in the amount of 1-3 quarters of 2020) in favor of SE “Guaranteed Buyer” to create a fund (amount of 74,5 UAH million) to finance the legal protection of state-owned enterprises during litigation in international arbitration with these manufacturers.

EUEA together with UWEA and UARE sent a letter of objection to the above calculations by the guaranteed buyer.
