General Meeting
Wed 9 Dec, 7.30pm

We require the attendance of members at a General Meeting at our club rooms to discuss/ agree alteration to Club rules:

1. The prohibition of members deriving personal financial gain

2. The disposition of surplus assets in the event of the dissolution or winding up of the Club

3. Preventing the alteration of rules relating to the above without Inland Revenue approval

4. Expanding the methods by which members receive notices to include email.

Classes usually commencing at 7.30pm will follow immediately on closure of meeting.

Club Day
Sun 13 Dec, commences 10am

This is a fun day to wrap up the year and is open to all current members whether or not you are currently attending training.

There will be a variety of fun competitions. Be  prepared for a mixture of speed, dexterity and skill.

A free BBQ will be operating and we will also be awarding annual trophies for best in each grade (as assessed the week prior).

Please bring gold coins with you to support the Club fundraising raffle (see below).

Fundraising Raffle

To help fund the cost hosting competitions such as Championship Show and Ribbon Trial we will be holding a raffle on Club Day (see above). It would be very much appreciated if club members could donate a small  item for the raffle to make a super prize.

The raffle prize donation box is in the club rooms, or give to your trainer.

Bring your gold coins on Club Day - $2 for 1 ticket or $5 for 3.

Course Bookings 2021

Our last course for 2020 is drawing to a close so that our volunteer trainers can take a well earned break.

Term 1 for 2021 will commence 7 Feb with classes expected to operate Sunday mornings, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Class options  are subject to change until we have instructors' availability confirmed.
