We have been having some issues recently with the connection between the eMammal desktop application and data repository. In laymen's terms, some of our volunteers have been identifying and uploading deployments using the desktop application, BUT the data was not able to go through to the eMammal website and, thus, has not been added to the Candid Critters database.

Therefore, if you have uploaded data within the past two weeks, check your Volunteer Dashboard to make sure it has uploaded correctly. If the data has appeared to not have uploaded, sadly, you will have to re-upload the deployment. You can check your volunteer dashboard by logging in here:

In order to prevent any upload issues from occurring in the future, PLEASE REMOVE THE OLD VERSION OF THE EMAMMAL APPLICATION FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND RE-UPLOAD THE NEW VERSION USING THIS LINK:

If you uploaded the application after January 1, 2019, then you already have the new version and can skip this step. Note that you will have to be logged into the website to access this link. I would suggest logging in with your password on your browser, then clicking on the link above.
