The INNOV-ID Call aims to provide venture capital funding for early-stage scientific and technological projects, offering €150,000 per project to support their growth and help secure future funding rounds.

Women TechEU

The Women TechEU program is investing €12 million to support 160 women-led DeepTech startups, offering funding and business support services to drive innovation.

ANIMOB’s 🐄 journey with EIT Digital Venture Incubation Program

In 2021, ANIMOB set out to transform their venture idea into a real business. While they had engineering expertise, they needed guidance on building a strong business strategy. That’s where the EIT Digital Venture Program made all the difference.

Through an intensive bootcamp, expert mentorship, and a structured Go-to-Market plan, ANIMOB went from a business idea on paper to an incorporated company in Portugal.

As they put it, "the most intense program we’ve done, and the missing piece to take the big step."

Impact & Sustainability 🌱

Businesses are rapidly integrating AI, but sustainability efforts are lagging behind. While 90% of executives recognize AI’s potential for sustainability, over half of companies have yet to implement it, according to an IBM report. Meanwhile, McKinsey found that 65% of organizations are already using generative AI in at least one business function - nearly doubling in just ten months. This contrast highlights a critical gap: companies are quick to adopt AI for efficiency and innovation but slower to apply it to sustainability.
