From November 17th to 19th, BGI and Food4Sustainability organized the 6th edition of i-Danha Food Lab - an immersive 3-day annual event in Monsanto (Idanha-a-Nova) that gathers producers, startups, researchers, companies and consumers to share their backgrounds and businesses. Here are some highlights of the event: 🚞 Scenic journey to Monsanto aboard the 'Green Train', with the presence of the Secretary of State for Tourism, Commerce and Services, Nuno Fazenda; 💡i-Dare Challenge, where dynamic groups of participants brainstormed solutions for the pressing challenges facing the agri-food industry; 🏆Biolog Awards, where farmers received recognition for their sustainable and organic products; 🍏 'Flavors of Idanha' Dinner, an amazing gastronomic experience with local and organic products; 🔍 Mycological Visit to Vale Feitoso, guided by the expertise of Agricultural Engineer and Mycology Specialist, José Luís Gravito Henriques.
