The Graphic Hive Has So Much To Tell You!

When you choose to work with The Graphic Hive, you're not just a customer, you're part of The Graphic Hive family. With that in mind, we want to wish you and yours well through the holiday season, 2021, and all points beyond.

The LONG Version

We hope that this newsletter finds you all well during this unprecedented moment of history. In fact, if we had to sum up 2020 in one word it would be "unprecedented". The challenges that we as a nation have faced, and the challenges that we as a nation are currently facing, are impacting how The Graphic Hive conducts business.

But throughout 2020, we have achieved unprecedented accomplishments! We have moved to a new location and heavily invested in our screen printing capabilities! During the statewide shutdown in March, we created a program that raised over $40,000 for small businesses impacted by the shutdown! We have not had a single positive COVID-19 case among our staff (although there have been close calls)! And, most importantly, we're here, we're open, and we're ready to help you grow your business!

We Moved!

The Graphic Hive has completed our move to our new home in South Williamsport! We regret leaving downtown Williamsport, and we will always have a special place in our hearts for the friends we made over the past 10 years. Our new building, located at 124 Reynolds St in South Williamsport, PA, provides us with new opportunities for growth and capability that we could not achieve in our often-times cramped downtown location. We are also working to bring a new type of Art Gallery/Performance Space to the Williamsport area, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those plans won't be unveiled until some point in 2021.

With the move, we experienced some major challenges with production. We truly apologize for all orders that were not fulfilled within our standard 10 business day lead time. Our lead times have normalized again, and we don't expect that to change!

Holiday Order Deadlines and Challenges

Traditionally, The Graphic Hive helps clients with custom holiday gifts while promising delivery in time for the holiday. Due to unprecedented stock issues affecting the entire apparel industry, The Graphic Hive has made the difficult decision to not offer a rush holiday order program. Over the past several months, stock has been consistently diminishing from our vendors' warehouses without replenishment. We are constantly seeing scenarios where at least a portion of needed garments are unavailable in any East Coast warehouses, so we have to order them from the West Coast. With the holiday season already pushing shipping companies like UPS and FedEx to their limits, lead time from West Coast warehouses can be upwards of 10 business days. This is generally bad for decorators, but it makes anything time sensitive impossible.

The last day to place an order with guaranteed fulfillment before the Christmas Holiday is Monday, December 7th, 2020. After that date, we cannot make guarantees due to possible issues with stock. We will do our due diligence to meet expectations, but we are experiencing completely unprecedented issues with availability. We cannot accept orders for guaranteed Christmas fulfillment after that date.

Current COVID-19 Mitigation Efforts

The Graphic Hive is dedicated to ensuring the health of our employees and their loved ones. Due to the rapidly increasing infection rates both in Lycoming County and the nation at large, The Graphic Hive has created a new set of COVID-19 Guidelines. Keep in mind that as the pandemic changes, our policies may change as well so please visit our Facebook page for current policies.

As of 11/18/2020, The Graphic Hive does NOT allow walk-ins. If you would like to discuss a project with one of our experts, please call first to schedule an appointment.

Please come prepared with your own mask. Masks are mandatory before entering our building.

We request that you have the Pennsylvania COVID-19 Tracker installed and active on your phone before arriving for your appointment as well, but that is not mandatory.

We will continue in-person meetings for the foreseeable future. Obviously, this could change, so please check our Facebook page for up-to-date COVID-19 policies.

Order Pickup

As of 11/18/2020, The Graphic Hive has started our curbside pickup initiative. We ask that all clients picking up an order to please call us upon arrival, and we will bring your order out to you!

With our no-contact pickup service, we are requesting that all invoices be paid IN ADVANCE using our online payment system, unless you have established credit terms. 

If you would rather have your order shipped to you, UPS shipments can be arranged.
