SendPulse scheduled maintenance on January 2, 2026

Hello!

On Friday, January 2, 2026, starting at 8:00 p.m. UTC, we’ll be running our routine SendPulse maintenance. This will take no longer than two hours.

During this time, you won’t be able to access your account, and connected integrations and the API will be unavailable. Beyond that, SendPulse tools and services will be paused or run with limitations. Read on to learn the details.

Automated flows

Your automated flows triggered by events or other conditions will be disabled, and automated flow messages with “Email,” “SMS,” “Messenger,” and “Viber” elements will be paused.

Automated campaigns

The email marketing and SMS services will be down during maintenance. As a result, scheduled email and SMS campaigns will not be sent. We recommend rescheduling critical campaigns outside the maintenance window if needed.

Websites

Your published websites and landing pages will stay live for visitors. Still, data collected through subscription or payment forms won’t be passed to mailing lists, the CRM system, chatbot audiences, or other connected services.

Pop-ups 

Your pop-ups will remain visible on websites, but contact data will not be sent to integrated services, and you won’t receive notifications about new subscribers.

Chatbots

Chatbot flows and messages initiated through the “Messenger” element in Automation won’t be triggered.

In all other scenarios, users will still be able to subscribe to your chatbot, interact with it, and receive messages from scheduled campaigns and flows as usual.

CRM system

The CRM system will be temporarily down, which means you won’t be able to manage pipelines, clients, or your team.

Data transfer between your CRM system and connected integrations will be temporarily paused. As a result, all automated actions related to deals, contacts, and tasks will not be executed.

Online courses

You won’t be able to manage your academy and courses, and students won’t be able to access their accounts and your course content to continue their learning.

Please keep in mind that the tools and service limitations mentioned in this email may also affect how you promote your courses and communicate with students.

All limitations apply only during the two-hour maintenance window.
