Chatbot flow folders

Lots of flows? No problem. With our new folder system, you can stay organized, work faster, and keep your chatbot under control.

Try out this feature and create dedicated flow folders to: 

• Organize flows by logic, purpose, or assigned team members.
• Find what you need in the blink of an eye.
• Enhance navigation for you and your team.

We’ve already grouped your flows into “System” and “Unsorted” to give you a head start. From there, you can easily create your own folders, move flows by dragging or through the menu, and arrange everything just the way you want.

Declutter your “Flows” tab and enjoy faster, more organized chatbot management.

Smoother flow navigation

Launching or switching chatbot flows should be quick — now it is. We’ve cut out the extra steps so you can stay focused and save time.

You no longer need to leave the builder to switch between flows. Simply use the new dropdown menu in the upper left corner to instantly jump from one flow to another.

To top it off, we’ve also added a launch button to your sidebar chat. Suppose you’re viewing a deal your chatbot created in the CRM system. You can start any flow right away without switching to the "Conversations" tab.

GPT-4.1 models in “AI Step”

The “AI Step” element now supports new models, including GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1 mini, and GPT-4.1 nano. Pick a model that aligns with your chatbot goals best:

• GPT-4.1 — a great fit for advanced, personalized flows.
• GPT-4.1 mini — spot on for standard queries and simple conversations.
• GPT-4.1 nano — tailored for quick responses and routine tasks.
