What is dynamic segmentation?

Dynamic segmentation is a process of dividing your customer database into groups in real time. You set up the conditions once, and our system will automatically track selected events and add or delete eligible subscribers in your segment.

In particular, you can send automated replies to those who have just enrolled in your course or have already completed their training. As for more advanced use cases, you can filter users who have just subscribed to your chatbot and have not received your messages before.

What segmentation criteria can you use?

You can use almost any unique characteristic:

  • changes in variable values;
  • tags received in the email service or CRM system;
  • contacts added to flows;
  • received or opened automated emails;
  • contacts added to multiple mailing lists;
  • student completed several courses, etc.
