Everything you need to know before you start

By connecting your Gmail inbox to the SendPulse CRM system, you are granting access to your email address and giving permission to: 

• read;
• create;
• send;
• permanently delete your emails.

Before connecting your Gmail inbox to SendPulse, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Synchronizing your Gmail inbox with our CRM system will help you:

1. Manage your inbox: view, send, search, and delete your emails.
2. Send emails from sender email addresses synchronized with your CRM.
3. Automatically create deals and contacts in the CRM system after receiving and sending emails and assign them to team members.

Important note: your connected inboxes will be available to all invited users whose roles include access to CRM integrations.

How to connect your Gmail inbox

Connecting your Gmail inbox to SendPulse’s CRM takes a few simple steps: 

• Go to the “Inbox” section of your CRM and click “Connect inbox.”
• Click “Log in” next to your Gmail inbox.
• Select the inbox you want to connect and allow synchronization with SendPulse. 

Synchronization may take up to five minutes. The system will initially upload the latest 1,000 emails from your inbox. All new emails you receive afterward will be added to them, too.
