Please note that our service will be temporarily unavailable during this period, so you will not be able to create new campaigns or edit existing ones.

All scheduled campaigns will be sent but not delivered during maintenance. Automatic refunds are guaranteed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

There’s one more important update:

Starting from February 1, 2024, there will be new rates for sending Viber notifications — 0.46 UAH per message. This price increase is associated with the Rakuten Viber pricing changes.

The rates for sending Viber campaigns will remain the same.

Please note: Viber notifications can only be used to send transaction updates and service messages to users and can’t include advertising.

They can only consist of text and need to be based on a preapproved template. The template moderation process can take up to two days.

We appreciate your understanding and would like to emphasize that Viber messages are more efficient and cost-effective than SMS campaigns.
