The “Pause” element in Automation 360

“Pause” is the new element in our automated flow builder that allows you to temporarily stop users’ progression through your flow elements and specify a trigger date and time that launches your next elements.

For instance, you can set a specific time interval during which your contacts will not receive any messages. What’s more, you can prevent your contacts from moving through your flow after a certain date to make sure you only share up-to-date offers and events.

There are four pause types available:

  • After the specified time;
  • At the exact time;
  • At the exact time and date;
  • Within a specified time interval.

You can now create automated flows that will be triggered whenever a new task is added or its status is updated. For instance, you can request your customers’ feedback on their interaction with your team member as soon as the task status changes from “In progress” to “Completed.”

On top of that, the "Action" element now allows you to automatically create new tasks or delete your existing ones based on pre-defined conditions.

Here’s how you can create a new task:

  • Select a task board;
  • Set a task name and status;
  • Assign team members;
  • Set a due date and reminder if necessary.
